A: Our masks are made from high quality 100% organic cotton.
Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WHERE ARE MASKS MANUFACTURED?
A: We are located in Alma Michigan. All masks are manufactured in Czech Republic, in a facility of artisan studio of Tlusty & Co.
Q: ARE THESE MASKS REUSABLE?
A: Yes, cotton masks are reusable. Wash them after each day of use in hot water (140F/60C). Sanitize them with hot iron.
Q: Are your masks medical grade? FFP3/KN95?
A: No, masks made from cotton are intended as a protection against droplets containing virus which is recommended by CDC to wear in crowded places. Our masks are not intended to be used by medical professionals or in highly infectious enviornments. Cotton masks provide good protection for general public.
Q: HOW DO I SANITIZE MY COTTON MASKS?
A: Wash mask in washing machine (use delicates laundry bag to avoid tangle the ribbons). Use hot water 140F/60C. Sanitize with hot iron.
Q: DO YOUR MASK HAVE METALLIC WIRE FOR THE NOSE?
A: Yes, our medium and large masks contain metallic nose clip for a better fit.
Q: DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTED PACKS?
A: Yes, we offer volume packs for better price. Please check our packs offerings. We also off a discount for medical professionals with a proof of employment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE FILTERS TOGETHER WITH YOUR PAGE?
A: No, but all double layered masks have a pocket for filter made from available materials (paper tissues, kitchen paper, etc...)
Q: WHAT MATERIAL DO YOU USE FOR YOUR RIBBONS?
A: We use 100% cotton ribbons. These ribbons are much more comfortable and do not harm sensitive skin above your ears.
Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY MASK?
A: The mask should preferably be changed twice a day. After 4 hours of wear and vapor, a microbial-prone enviroment is created in the mask. Change the masks frequently.
